If Megan’s Mark makes a mistake on your custom or personalized item, we will gladly make a new one for you. If the mistake is NOT ours, Megan’s Mark cannot replace it free of charge. Please double check all information provided in your order (i.e. names, initials, measurements, monograms, dates, phone numbers, etc) because once production of your items has begun, we cannot rework stamped/personalized items free of charge.


Custom and personalized items are NON-returnable. This includes any item ordered with personalized text (name, date, initials, monogram, custom saying/quote/image/etc.) and any item with custom details such as custom color, custom feature, size, etc.

Items that do not fall in the custom or personalized category may be returned for a full refund of the item price (minus shipping costs) for up to 14 days after receipt of initial delivery. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at megan@megansmarkleather.com and we will provide you our address to return your item. When we receive your returned item in original condition, we will then process a full refund of the item cost (minus shipping).


All orders being shipped to a Georgia (USA) address will be charged applicable sales tax.


Your order will be sent to the address you’ve provided as the “shipping address.” It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed. No refund will be offered in the event that an incorrect address was supplied. If the item is returned to Megan’s Mark, you will be responsible for the ‘re-shipping’ costs.

The USPS does not guarantee their delivery estimates and they can change without notice. Megan’s Mark does not guarantee specific arrival dates of any kind, but will help the customer recover lost packages. Please be as flexible as possible with receiving your handmade goods, especially to international destinations and around holidays. It’s always best to plan ahead and order early!

At times, Megan’s Mark utilizes recycled shipping envelopes to keep down costs. If you do not wish to have your item(s) shipped in a recycled envelope, please let us know at the time of purchase in the order notes at checkout.

You will receive an email with the USPS tracking number when your order is shipped.



Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

A tracking number will be provided for all countries where such an option is offered. Tracking numbers are not available for some countries.

If you are having us ship to an International PO Box, please include your phone number in the checkout notes as we will need to include it on the customs form.

Megan’s Mark will provide an accurate description and value on the customs form. Please do not ask us to misrepresent the cost of your goods on customs forms to avoid fees. This is illegal and we will only list the true and accurate amounts, excluding shipping.

Please be aware that customs may cause delays, so delivery times are not guaranteed.


Megan’s Mark reserves the right to use photos of your item for marketing purposes.

Prior to shipping, we often post pictures of completed items on our social media pages. If you would prefer that we not post a picture of your item before it ships, please let us know in the order notes at checkout and we will honor your request.
